The late harvest are collected ripe, usually several weeks after the official harvest. At the identity of the grape and at its aromatic character, added power due to the phenomenon of concentration and development of noble rot.
This wine with subtle aromas of quince, pear, honey and fruit jelly, has a beautiful complexity. Lush, fresh and elegant, it will complement any aperitif.
Also great with foie gras dishes, some good quality Roquefort, a crumble, a fruit pie.
