Grand Cru Ollwiller : Brown sandy-marl soil, leached on alluvial deposits resting on clay and limestone conglomerates. Southeast exposure, located on the geological fracture field of Thann, at an altitude of between 260m and 330m.

Taste : rich attack | structured midpalate | refreshing & saline finish
