Vintage 2015 : A very good vintage! The winter and spring were particularly mild, which was beneficial to the budburst, which occurred in mid-April. A period of drought set in, accompanied by stormy weather with sometimes hail. Fortunately, the rainfall in mid-August accelerated the ripening of the grapes, which were in perfect health.
